Vag-Com Problems!

Hey i using the vagcom today and it was my first time. It started reading the address 1 (something like that) then some of its results started to show up then vagcom crashed. i thought o well, i try it again, however as soon as i start the autoscan the vag com crashes and a pop-up comes in and says " vag coms stopped working" then i have to close it.

I tried it numerous time but same results. i even tried to uninstall and re install it but with same results.

anyone able to help me here. Much appreciated. thanks!

Do you have the full version of Vag-Com..the complete scan doesnt work on the "demo" version as far as I am aware!

na it isnt the full version i got the software downloaded from ross-tech.
