hi i have a 1.4 engine and wanted to no if i can put a better head on like the 16v help needed

16v head no, you'll have to swap the engine, but you can put the 1.6 8v AEE heads on the 1.4 8v engines. Should give you some more torque andd lower compression ratios incase you want to turbo
