My S3 polo

Post by lee s3 plo »

After previously building the first ever 20VT Polo built by dubsport. I purchased this little gem on november the 13th 2007.

Here are the pics

I have used the car and then decided i wanted more from it.

I put it into the phirm, the company that built it to have the engine done. JE pistons and rods. Bored out to 1.9, boost controller, lightened and balanced everything ready for the bigger turbo next year ;)

After buying the car previously owned by richard at venom motorsport i wanted to make it my own rather than richards car. I have bought 16V bumpers, a cossie exhaust, porsche D90's with anthracite centres and diamond cut lip.

All awaiting to go on the car when it comes back from the phirm.

Respect to the previous owner for all the work gone in, but it doesn't do it for me. Way too many heavy modifications to the bodywork and interior.

Will look better with a 16v bumper on though, D90s are always a winner too. What does it push out?

i've seen this car enough times, and i'm deffo a fan. not sure how the tyre stretch works with such power? surely your tyres would slide off when you take a corner? but i like what you have done, and i'll ignore the phrase built not bought which i often use, as you are making it your own. it's refreshing to see a polo taking a different direction for once! stunning lee!

I agree with Tim. loads and loads of work but i'm not to keen on the body work. Liking the interior. Where abouts in Dartford are you. I'm in Crayford and never seen it around.

There's plenty of bigger cars running masses amount more power with bigger stretch, not an issue 8)

loving the wheels/interior, exterior mods a bit ott imo. may some oem bumpers and lose the eyebrow, should look a bit better, and you can deck it more then so those wheels look more at home :D awesome little motor though.
