I stops the front end flexing when cornering as it adds strength between the two suspension mounts

after reading the strut brace thread in the 9n section, it turns out i coulda probably answered most of the questions posted lol

How important is to tighten the bolts at 25nm?
Is it a problem if they are tightened more than that?
I'm asking because I dont have a torque wrench... and I'm not sure if it's ok to tighten them with the "as hard as I can" method
