My 09 Candy GTI.. new pics page3!

Well i thought id start a little thread or my car. So i picked up my Candy white GTI on Friday from the dealers! has a few optional extras, like Auto dim mirror, auto wipers , Coming home lights and an auto changer! . heres few pics!





After a few pictures it was time to get cracking,

so i attempted to fit my Honey Combe lower grilles, the fog lights took 2 seconds to change but the middle one was a nightmare ! Eventually had enough so i just cut it out, ! Looks so much better once done..

Then i orderd a Shark fin Ariel courtesy of daveiow! still needs an adopter to work but i fitted it anyway ha..



I fitted some bulbs, there Mtec halogen bulbs from Hid Direct, and i must say im very pleased with them, give off a nice blue and white and ya dont look like a chav, park next to my mate with 6000k HID and his were alot brighter but in colour wise was nothing in it! havn't got a picture of these yet but ill will do later!

also sitting in the garage waiting to go on this week is

- H and R springs
- Black Front badge
- Alpine screen!
- PD160
- Green filter

Future plans..

- Back bumper sprayed ( next week hopefully )
- full Miltek
- Remap

Tim_gti - the H and R springs say between 30mm and 40mm !

Jeff_GTi - daveiow sorted me out with the shark fin, its a genuine VW one, was £42,!

Soooo, after a few days of huming and Aringgg i decided to get my bumpwe sprayed! picked it up last night and am so happy with it, looks so much better....

what ya think?
