Audi TT seats, front and rear *SOLD*

Post by CymruPolo »

I've had these seats for a while and had all good intentions of putting them in my Polo, but for various reasons it didn't happen unfortunately. I'll be after a new car in the summer so I'm thinking it's time to sell these seats so someone can actually make good use of them.

They're in absolutely mint condition. The person I bought them from said they'd only done around 5k miles if I remember correctly, before the owner of the TT decided he wanted cream interior instead of black, hence why they're in almost as new condition. I also have some subframes that will be included if you're looking to fit them into a MK5 Polo (and possibly might work for a MK4, I'd need to check).

I'm after £320 o.n.o.

Any other questions please feel free to ask in this thread, or PM me. Thanks :)

Will the subframes you have fit straight into the mk5 polo - as in already been adjusted - or will i need to do a bit of work to them?

PS. Where are you based?

Cheers, Neil.

Yes mate the subframes will fit straight in, don't ask me how though as I don't have a clue. I was going to find that out when I came round to fitting them, which never happened lol.

I'm not really willing to budge on the price as I've been offered the asking price already, and have had lots of interest. If you'd want to arrange a courier to pick them up I'd have no problems with that. I wouldn't arrange it for you incase of any damage to the seats. I'm based in Caernarfon in north Wales, so quite a trek from Glasow haha.

I can't be sure. The front ones are very heavy, almost did my back in carrying them from the car when I got them home

Yes I do still have them.

You would definitely need something larger than a Polo to collect them. I went to pick them up in a Ford Focus and that was a tight squeeze.

Free Bump and hopefully help your sale
I've got these seats in my car, modded on to mk5 subframes

The Original Polo subframe was cut off and then welded onto the TT one, with a bracing bar placed along the rear of the polo subframe, so in affect a steel square to which the TT sits on.

This way the Polo subframe doesnt move as you move the seats by using the TT seat adjusters.

Perfect width in the car and really nice, but can be a bit bad driving on them once they're cleaned as you slide too much lol

Rear access is fine, pretty tight though, unless you remember to slide the seats forward before tilting.

I can get pics to try and help those interested if needs be?

And you can fit the 2 fronts in a Polo no problem, and I could've got the rears in too if I had got some, just take your parcel shelf and headrests out before you go to get them! Fold everything flat and as said, watch your back when lifting!

BUMP!!
