i cant for the life of me remove it. i can feel screws on the underside of it. ppl have sed it jus clips off. wer are the clips located.
any one got a pic of it removed on a 1.4 16v sport

If you are meaning the air cleaner - the big black plastic thing with VW logo on it - just lift it off. It is mounted by four grommets on the air cleaner being forced over four "stools" on the top of the engine etc. Just try to raise the front left, then the front right then let them back down a bit and heave up the rear on both sides. Watch out for a small rubber hose, pull it off the air cleaner before you remove it fully.
