just was wondering how much the best coilovers kit and spacers kit is. and if i was to buy deep dishes rims would i need to buy spacers for the rims to stick out a little

For the best suspension, look at companies like KW. You could spend up to around £800-900 on suspension. Decent spacers cost around £80 a set of 4, depending on the size though.
It totally depends on what size tyres, width of wheel and offset you have, to determine whether you need spacers.
To give you a ball park figure, this is my car:
These are 15X8, ET25 with 195/45s.
Obviously a lower offset or wider wheel would give more poke.
A thinner wheel or higher offset would give more tuck.
Spacers would then also add poke.
Find some wheels you like, find out the size etc then compare them up against the spec I just gave you.
If you want a specific spec I can probably find it, I've got quite alot of different pictures.
