Pretty sure you'll get arch issues if you go much lower than the silver example I posted on 195s. What's the yellow one riding?

Yeah, I can always cut a little of the arch away and heat up the arch lining and make some extra space.
Cant go really low, got a family to ferry around in the Polo lol

It has my old (although the car had never turned a wheel in them lol) Lupo wheels on now.

The fronts should fit.. perhaps.
The rears wont, the Lupo has a spring and separate strut on the rear :)

was just reading through.

You said you had the flexi removed and just a pipe put there? What difference does this make?

It was the stainless flexi I fitted between the Cat and the Raceland manifold.
I organised a group buy for some Lupo and Polo guys a few years back.
Before they were avilable from anywhere.

At the time, we were trying o work out if it would need a flexi.
A Club Lupo member who at the time worked for Pro-Drive, and now works for the Vauxhall Touring team said he wasn't sure if the in built flexiable joint would stop the pipe from cracking.
So before I fitted the one to the Lupo, I fitted a spare Raceland onto the Polo using a flexi to see if its the best way.
My stainless welding was rubbish, and I had limitted materials and tools, so when it sounded like it was blowing I took it to the guy who made my exhaust system.
He did a couple of touch ups on the welding but said theres nothing you could do other than cut it off.

So He did when he built the exhaust.
Much better without, and plenty of movement in the joint built into the manifold design.
