Bump Strips - how to take off and put back on?

Taking the front Bump Strips off as they have a fair few stone chips in them, but really dont want to snap them in the process.
So any help please on how to remove them, and then refit without breaking any of the clips or however they are held on?

They are very difficult to remove in one piece. Front ones will just unclip from the back if you do it carefully, side ones are glued on - i dont recommend removing these, as it will leave a serious mess on the car!

Rear ones are an absolute pain, and often snap when removed, but it can be done...its just very difficult.

Front and rear must be done from behind the bumper - you cant unclip them without removing the bumper and pushing them out.,

mines are off due to smoothing the rear bumper no damage no cracks, you can havem if you whant
