fault codes help....

Got a few codes showing up need some direction please on how to go about solving them?? and what costs will be involved???

1."FUEL TRIM System TO LEAN"

2. "CAMSHAFT ADJUSTMENT" BANK 1 MALFUNCTION

3. "CATALYST SYSTEM" BANK 1 "EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD"

Ive had the 3rd fault code come on mine twice. Seems to come on everytime i go for a long journey. Ne1 know what can be causing it?

3 is a lambda sensor fault

What are the actual error codes. You should have a number like 15791 and a P0355 or similar fault code.
