whirring noise when clutch is pressed down?
Re: whirring noise when clutch is pressed down?
sounds alot like mine mate, at first i thought it was the clutch release bearing, i took it to get checked out and they felt the clutch was fine but couldnt pin point the answer, so they told me to wait till the noise gets worse then take it back, so over a course of 3 weeks the noise didnt get worse, but 1 morning i was driving the car the gearbox just went
so i best get it checked out ASAP

Ring GSF a ring - 02089173800, they can get hold of the SACHs kit. And it's a complete kit, everything you need

Won't need your engine code. As both engine codes for the GTi use the same clutch.
