Has been off before for new stalks, and was going to take it off today to straighten it out, like an inch of centre
But it wasnt happening today, battery off, wait, all cowling (sp) off, screwdriver in on the right hand side, 10 mins later, finally popped off that side.
I just could not budge the left hand side, has anybody got any tips or tricks?
I gave up in the end and put it back together, still wonky
I refuse to take it to a garage for them to charge for me something that is in theory so simple, just so bloody annoying, I'm surprised the airbag didn't go off from the force and wriggling I was doing with the screwdriver at the end!
To all you that read this and go 'mine came off in 10 mins' I am SO bloody jealous you would not believe! lol
