Where to find this replacement part...

I was replacing my standard gear stick gaiter with a leather one yesterday, and I've stupidly managed to snap two latches off the plastic bit that the gaiter is stapled to. Now the bloody thing pops out whenever I shift into second. Does anyone think there is any chance I would find a supplier for a new one of these?

I'd think that the answer to that is "no chance" - you would be better off trying to create new lugs on the plastic former. If it makes you feel any better, I approached this "changing gaitor" task by buying one from Ebay - as a sample to let my leather gaitor supplier use as a pattern, unfortunately, when it arrived in a jiffy bag, the postman had three attempts it seems to get it through the letter box - and failed - this unfortunately meant that three of the four lugs got broken off! But all was not lost, at least I had found out exactly where the lugs were on the gaitor on the car - so I did not end up doing as you seem to have done!
