POLO 6N2 GTI GRILL PIPING

Hello All

I just been to my local VW dealership to pick up a new grill. But it did not come with the red piping around the outside?? I made the guy search through the parts page, and he said the cars grill does not have red piping?

I have seen a few polo gti's around and they have red piping or a red strip.

How do i obtain the the red strip/piping for my new grill???

The red piping is an aftermarket add-on...so the dealers don't sell them. You can get them off ebay -

and i was wondering myself was it a new grill. ah man it does put a nice finish on the front grill though.

Hi Laura, welcome to the forums

As above really, its an aftermarket thing that some people do to their grilles to mimic the newer GTI. Its off to Halfords with you!
