What a load of rubbish blah blah -------. Well not really, I'd reckon that it would be best plan to replace the engine coolant temperature sensor - buy a new seal for it and maybe a new retaining clip just in case it disappears (gets lost as its black!), after that clear the loaded codes as suggested already as you don't know how old or what caused the other one and it might never return.
