Letters to VW

Post by Clawz »

Hi all,

I know i'm probably going to get flamed for this, but I have been speaking with the regional head of VW UK in terms of customer support and he has asked me to send in a package with any letters of complaint about the similar problems that everyone has been having...

I am wondering whether any of you are willing to send me a letter stating the problems that you are are and have been having... including the amount of times that each item has been replaced?

I hope people are willing cause I think this guy is finally listening...

As long as their names aren't mentioned, I don't know how they could even be linked to what I am doing.. how would it affect their business with VW?
