Who makes it andy and does it clear the coolant tank?

I assume it does clear the tank as it says direct bolt on, but it does come with some kind of bracket.

Thats a fag! I was in Poole on Thursday and Friday!! I wasn't planning to be again as I go to thailand for a month on friday!
