Orange Tuning

Post by Gillen »

I was wondering if anyone has used them and had any problems?

I ordered a strut brace from them at the end of May and when i finally received it, it was for the 6n not the 9n.

So i emailed explaining what happened and have sent two more emails since and haven't received a reply to any of them. I also rang once but they didn't speak english  . I opened a dispute through paypal, Orange Tuning didn't respond to this, so after a week i escalated it to a claim. But Paypal closed it instantly and decided in Orange Tunings favour! :?

So now i don't know what the hell i'm supposed to do???

Any suggestions? :(

Hi mate i think i introduced you to orange tunning when you were looking for some lowering springs for your car, it was j from more bhp who reccomended me to them.

I never had any problems with them at all.

Did you send your emails in German? try using a translation site and try again im sure they will get back to you.

That sucks mate.

I have delt with them before when I got some H&R springs sent to Australia about 6 months ago. I sent them some emails regarding shipping and price then I placed the order and it arrived about 3 months later. The email correspondence was made up of some broken English. Anyway I recently sent them another query via their website email and I didn't get any response for two weeks so I sent an email to the old address from before regarding the springs and then I finally got a response three weeks later that didn't really answer my question and was very broken English again.

Im sorry but it seems they have gotten really crap with their customer service.

@ aj2day - No i sent them emails in English mate. I've sent one in German now, no idea if it makes sense though :(

@ VWindahouse - Cheers mate. I haven't received any reply at all :( I don't really know what the hell i'm supposed to do if Paypal won't even help me out. What's the point in using Paypal when they say they'll protect you but they f*****g don't!?
