Thought id post in here rather than clog up some1 else thread.

The car has come a long way since the thread was last updated back in June/July

The polo was photographed and was in PVW at GTI International which im please about. shame it was the car went into bodyshop but now I can see what she used to look like.

The car was in the garage for over a month (close to 6weeks). Which is alot longer than what we agreed on. The list I gave him with what i wanted to do, was probably close to a page long  lol. It looked a totally different car when i went to pick her up on the Saturday morning before VWfest.

The car was on the DNE club stand at VW, which won best water cooled club stand at show. Which we were all pleased about. However the finish on the paint work wasnt the best so the car went straight back into the garage. Its been back about 3 times just to get things corrected. The front and rear bumper is plastic welded (not bodged up).... it was done properly  . With pictures of it getting done as proof.

(monthly meet for DNE and the polo won car of the month)

Ive also had a GTI style grill surround fitted but in Porsche tan leather to tie in the seats and wheels a little better.

captainbeyond88 -The seats are from a 09 Porsche. They are an optional extra in tan leather and are electric and heated. the electrics have been wired in and im now on the hunt for 2 rollers so i can adjust the temp of the seats rather than them being either on or off.

Ive got some shorter rear springs coming soon which are apparently 50mm ish shorter than the AP springs that come with the coilies ive got now. the arch will on if not over the tyres so the adjustor will be going back in and i can adjust the back to the height i want. The fronts will be coming down so its not got saxo stance ( :x ).... thats if/when i can find a key to unlock the front coilies.

The turbos are coming off as soon as ive got my winters sorted so they are looking fresh for next year. Theres a few sets ive seen i want for winters but ill keep yous updated with what I go for.
