front windows non operable

Has anybody had this problem, It happens from time to time I will start the car up and the windows will not operate. If I stop the engine and restart the car everything is back to normal again. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the wiring as I have checked the lot and the switches obviously work as once the car is restarted it is as though nothing has happened.

Any ideas, or do any of you hav ethe same problem.

Hi mate, I seem to have the same problem as you and I think my doors lock at the same time. I thought it might be due to my aftermarket alarm, but if anyone knows of a solution that would be great.

I used to get it where the button would operate the wrong window.

You can reset them buy

Put the windows down
Put the key in the drivers door lock and turn it to the lock position and hold it
Car will lock then windows will come up
Now they are reset
