I don't think you should've sold them, as they're awesome wheels, quite original too. But you've got a very worthy replacement 8)

Well, I can garanty you that there's a lot of good quality, pocket book Dubs in Holland, all paid by those green plants which tend to be grown under lamps in a basement

And just for the record, my mk4 is financed by, myself and I, no plants whatsoever came of assist

Car looked sweet on the Zenders, wish I could afford to have a set :(

They look similar to TH-Mono's but with a lot more class.

Didn't sit still today, put the mk5 mirrors back together and mounted them. Also redid the electronic wiring for them. Also took out much of the lower dashboard again, to get this just the way I want them, and have an easier job wiring some of the audio in. Hopefully have it all done for MIVW 8)

Firstly a photo of the front axle now with the bumpstops removed from the front shocks, the air now drops perfectly and gets the drive-shafts onto the chassis

mk5 mirror, bought me a Brittish passenger-side stubby one, which is the drivers side for us here in Holland

And lower dash and doorcards out again

Also scored me some better grade oil for the new engine at Leenders Autosport (owner of the mk4 Polo bi-turbo)

Didn't trim anything m8, the mk5 pump can "slide", the upper part can slide into the lower part, thereby adjusting the height, making it go straight into the mk4 fuel tank

Cheers! 45 minutes is a long while, but I sometimes skip through my own 100+page topic on the VW Polo Club Holland forum, and always have to grin to see how it transformed through the years  looks like I've got ADD or something when thinking back how many time I've already spend at the bloody thing

Visited MIVW today, unfortunately it was sh!tty weather, but luckily the rain and clouds cleared right when I hopped in and started the journy home, so sneaked to a quite spot on the airstrip Valkenburg and took some snaps:
