Booster chips Ebay

Hey everyone.

I was just wondering if anyone has bought and fitted one of those resistor chips to fit onto the air intake system from ebay? Apparently they boast about a 20 BHP increase and also 5% better MPG on the fuel. Has anyone bought one of these chips and if so did you notice the difference in the perfomance of the car?

what engion do you have?

if it's not a TDi then nothing along those lines will owrk.. and if it is a TDi then its better getting a remap from a decent company.

Return to sender my friend these booster chips are well pish save up your money and do it right and get a remap this way if something does go wrong you have come back. These chips as pip has said will do more damage than good and mask problems that the ecu cant read hence they do damage.

they do work. ive got the 1.9 tdi 100bhp after putting it in was a load faster but u smoke alot as its overfueling the engine. also the powers not always all the way through the rev range, i only had it in for a while, while i was saving up for a remap. Drop morebhp a message he ll sort u out a decent price n his stuffs gud he did mine n now i can keep up with alot of cars
