Noise at NSF

The noise develops after replacing front wishbone bushes, and after a month the NSF spring as it snaps. The noise is like comming from behind the drivers footwel, or maybe the driverside dashboad. It only appears when accelerating, when breaking. to describe it, its like the sound when tightning/loosening bolts on wheels. (sounds funny) but it is like the sound of submarine in the movies, when steel seems to get so much force. Any advice will be appreciated.
