Seat Leon Cupra R(260hp) 2003

Post by tegwin »

I bought this car a few weeks ago with the intention of selling my polo and using the Cupra as my daily car.

Since buying it my job position has dramatically changed and I think I will be going back to university to do a degree.... so all of my toys are going to be sold to pay for it :(

Really sucks, Was planning a trip down to the alps in this car.

2003 Seat Leon Cupra R
59,800 miles

Tax until 30/06/2010
MOT until 08/01/2010

Full service history, has been extremely well cared for with lots of money spent to keep the car in perfect working order.

Lots of paperwork, recpeits and origional manuals included

Always driven with care (letting the engine warm up/cool down properly etc)

This is a rocket ship... completely insane

Standard spec including:
Brembo brakes
18” alloy wheels
6CD changer
Cupra R bucket seats
Heated electric folding mirrors
ESP/ABS
Digital climate control
Dual trip computers
Flipkey (+standard spare)
Remote central locking and antihijack

Condition:
Work done very recently: (all receipts and paperwork included)
Ferodo DS2500 pads and EBC ultimax disks fitted all round. (the brakes are exceedingly good!)
4 new goodyear eagle F1 asimetric tyres
4 wheel aligmnet done (with print outs)
Cambelt and metal waterpump replaced.
4 new coilpacks fitted.
New dual mass clutch and slave cylinder fitted
Scanned with Vagcom today and no faults found
New seals recently fitted to the front doors to stop the dreaded Seat leak.

Upgrades:
Custom code remap to 260hp (this is a nice progressive map that allows sensible economical driving)
Green panel air filter (new standard filter included)
Piper catback stainless exhaust system (perfect noise without being unrealistically loud.)
HID xenon headlight conversion kit fitted with Balasts.
Forge adjustable quickshift (gives a nice tight gear change) [standard linkage is included if you prefer]
Upgraded dump valve (does not make any noise, but can cope with the higher boost of the remap)

General:
For a 6 year old car the condition is fantastic inside and outside. The splitter (as on all cupra Rs) is very well scuffed thanks to my driveway. However, a brand new splitter IS included for you to fit once the car is off my driveway!

Looking for £6250 O.N.O
