Hi guys,
I've been driving the 1.4 TDI's now for roughly a year, and as much as I want to change my car to a faster one, being 18, insurance isn't really friendly. So i'm planning on keeping my Polo until it dies lol, and was wondering what are ideal ways of getting more power out of it. I have been looking into remaps, planning on getting one in the next few months just saving for one. I have heard of people changing the injectors to PD 100/150 injectors. What else could I do to get more power out of it? I am a bit of a noob when it comes to engine tuning so don't know much. I'd like to keep the costs down as being a student but just wanted to know what methods I could use to get more power out of it, without spending loads.
Cheers
Sharif

Might wanna read this:

and this:

I'm still debating on what to do with mine, but I may just keep it how it is for another 2 years till I have my full NCB and get a more "grown up" car...
Expect your insurance to sky rocket though at that age, even with a stage 1 remap.
