Quite a few companies on the net that does it.

Like this one:

http://www.bandedsteels.com/Banded%20Steels.html

Always for sale on edition too.

I wouldn't go any larger than 8, maybe at most 8.5.

tyres stretch limits, depends what width wheel your looking at?

I do believe the above are banded to 8x15 with no spacers fitted. 195/45/15 tyres? Could be 185-profile though.

Cheers

Ha, me too, although perhaps a bit slimmer as I don't want any clearance or scrubbing issues. I want a staggered set, maybe 7"s on the front and 7.5"s or 8"s on the back. 0.5" widths cost more money though at some places. Problem is, my G60s are on the car with no second set of rims to put on in their place

What set of wheels do you need dimensions for?

you want 4X100 PCD, 57.1mm bore. 15", what ever width you want (although I wouldn't go past 8, 8.5 max).

Offset depends on what wheels your looking at, RXIIs are ET45.

tyres wise, I'd go with:

7" wide: 165/50
7.5" wide: 185/45, maybe 165/50 if you want extreme stretch.
8" wide : 185/45
8.5" wide: 195/45 or 185/45

Something to consider

If your looking at staggered fitments, I wouldn't go with 7.5" up front really.

You've got to consider that this is an awkward width in terms of available tyres. As it pushes 165/50 a bit too much, and doesn't offer that much stretch on a 185/45 compared to say an 8.

So effectively, because of the stretch you are m,ore likely to get a bit more clearance on a 8 on 185/45s than you are with 7.5.

conclusion: if your going staggered go with 7 up front on 165/50s, 8 on rear with 185/45s.

Standard G60 steels are 4x100 PCD, 57.1mm centre bore, ET35 offset and 6Jx15 in width and diameter.

Does banding the steels reduce the ET like when you add wider dishes to a BBS RM split rim? Or does this not change because of where the extra metal is added?

Nope ET stays exactly the same, as all they are doing is adding a lip to the outer lip of the wheel.

Unless they use some rudimentary method where they add a lip to the inside and outside of the wheel, which would alter the offset.
