monza wheels?

A couple of years ago i swapped my 16" monzas from my gti and got some kei drifts 17" which is by far the worst buy ever as already they are f****d. I want to go back to monzas and i would prefer them to be originals but to get them in 17's i would have to get them off a golf but they are 225 wide so i dont want to get them and find they dont fit or they scrape on the arches. Does anyone know if the 17 inch monzas off the golf gti will go on my car and fit with no bother?

the 17" monza would technically fit (width wise) but the golf has a different pcd to the polo
polo = 5x100
golf = 5x112

the only way you would get monzas on your car mate is to get some reps...

i actually work for kei and i f*****g hate that wheel....it was never ever one of our wheels it was purely a promotional thing for motorworld.....i take it you got yours through motorworld? they basically sent us the wheels and we had to put all the tyres on for the allocation basically but we had to put our badge in it, the wheel its elf is/ was a wolfrace design. Truely f*****g awful wheel and s**t polished spokes lol i take it you were one of the unlucky ones. Ive just sold my gloss black all over monza reps aswell else i would of sold you them if you wanted

ive got a set of 17" reps i was goin 2 get them refurbed black for the winter cos i was thinkin of sellin my oz super T's. mite put up a feeler 2 c if anyone wants 2 buy the super T's or the monzas

iv just sent my 16" monza's away to be done like golf wheels, back today and look totally stunning, heres a pic of the finished result

yep spot on i did get em from motorworld and i am proper gutted cos they looked s**t hot when they were new, thats one lesson learned anyhoo. Looks like im gonna have to settle for some reps but im just worried they will do the same as the kei's and last about a week before they start to f**k up aswell. Them monzas do look well with the dark grey bits in the arches of the spokes, there the ones im after. Are kei's normally good then and its just that wheel whats w**k?

Chris Gti - Yeah polished face wheels look great.....on the shelf lol what some people dont realise about that sort of finish is that (in basic terms) the wheel is painted gloss black and then basically the top layer of paint is machined of. This only leads to trouble mate with road dirt and salt getting under the thin lakker. My advice to you and any1 is stay away from polished face wheels and motorworld lol there constantly ringing me and the guys here for basic simple wheel advice that they should know....i hate them lol ill stop now as im getting angry thinking about them lol . Yeah i believe we do some nice stuff...i may be a a little biased but our quality is far superior to the likes of alcar and wolfrace imo. This a new wheel we have in that i like....

wheels were done at pristine wheels in milton keynes

cost is £45 + VAT a wheel and thats collected and dropped off from your home too

that wheel is gorgous i can just picture that on my black gti, whats it called and how muchis it in 17" without tyres?
