That is definately a Mazda 6, 4dr saloon, and no VAG cars have the fuel filler on the left hand side.

goes to show how similar all cars are to each other these days ;)
thats part of the polo/golf early-marks appeal.. theres not *so* much that looks like them.

now you're hard pressed to tell polo from yaris from punto from......

;) call it convergent evolution of styling

the VW is pretty close to the Mazzy, but the clinchers are that the filler cap is on the wrong side (it's originally intended for LHD, so it's on the right, as opposed to cars coming from japan where it's RHD) and the rear quarterlight.
and, uh, not much else, because the rest could all have been body kit if not for that revealing photo of the yellow one :D
