climatic blowing hot air

Hi there,

my polo 9n sport climatic heaters have recently started blowing only hot air, even when I set it to cold and with ac on it still doesnt make a difference, does anyone know what could be wrong?

My Polo has been doing this for a while now. it seems the temperature flap maybe stuck. i'm trying to find the part and guide on how to change. So if anyone on here has fixed the same issue, please let us both know how you did it.

Hi there,

when I turn the car off and then turn on the cold temp before starting the car then it seems to blow out cold air until I turn the temp back to warm, then it gets stuck on warm air again, you could be right, but is it an easy repair?

you were right, it is the temp flap that is at fault according to vag-com. Now just to find out how to change it, if I find the answer I will update you. thanks
