This is my little beast, a 2006 Vw Polo GTI with a Backdraft GT2871 turbo kit, BMC DIA intake, 3" turbo back custom exhaust, and Revo stage3 software:

Well, here is a short list:
- GT2871 turbo + exhaust manifold
- Genesis 550cc injectors
- Walbro inline fuel pump
- Forge FMIC
- 3" downpipe, custom exhaust with decat
- BMC DIA air filter
- Custom made charge pipe & turbo inlet pipe
- 3" MAF housing
- F1 stage3 clutch + flywheel
- REVO stage3 software
And the future plans are:
- BIG BRAKES!!!
- V-maxx coilovers
- TDI gearbox with 6 gears
- Engine internals

Yesterday I went to the dyno, the result:
294 whp ( 363hp at the flywheel)
392 Nm

Fantastic range of torque in the video that thing is quicker 100-160 (mph) than the 1.2 Polo! Does it look stock from the side too? That's a fair old sleeper.

How do you change the final drive of the TDI gearbox? Is it much work?

Thanks mate! I want to change the complete gearbox, the engine internals and then hopefully +400hp, because now the boost is limited to protect the stock engine internals.
