i paid £310 for mine, with tires that had done 1000 miles ish and only one of the wheels was slightly kerbed,
so £350 sounds bang on

if they've been lackered will that increase the value of them? & there budget tires, but I believe there more of the top of the range budget tires than £40 ones..

& they have very little damage at all, you'd have to be very picky & look very hard for faults with them...
