Exhaust options.
Exhaust options.
My exhaust is on its way out and i need to get a new one in the coming months prbably.... Was just wondering what my options are and prices? im not bothered even if its standard. On a bit of a budget so im guessing standard is the cheapest.... but you never know with VW lol. Any feedback on the prices etc would be great.....oh yeah and its gotta be hidden like the standard.
Re: Exhaust options.
I had this decision to make when mine went. VW wanted silly money...around £600 for a new system. Somewhere like kwik fit or whatever wanted around £400.
So I opted for a custom longlife system which comes with a lifetime guarantee. Under £300 and I was happy

Re: Exhaust options.
Yeh custom hidden cat back would set you back around £200-300, standard I would imagine you could pick up one from a breaker at round £80-100?
Re: Exhaust options.

Very cheap, doesn't say anything about what its made out of or warranties. You get what you pay for really.
