Ive got AP coilies on the car haha. Good set, id recommend aswel. Only bad is the backs dont go low enough.

Was just woundering what people are using to unlock the front?? I didnt get a key or anyhting with mine and garage set the height and i dont have the tool to adjust them....

its just an alan key

i got them too they are good as they make it grip much better while not be back breaking

oh and they are made more for performance than looks

What size allen key??

They handle great with a few added extra mods. I like the go kart feel of the car, but my dad hates it haha.

Ive got shorter rear springs on order, so they will be coming soon.

Just need the stance sorting out (not for winter) but ready for UD.

Yeah will do.

Im thinking about a whiteline ARB, quite a few people say they really improve the handling, get rid of any understeer and on the last setting you can get lift off oversteer haha.

I love the APs on my 9n. Back needs adjusters taking out. It's that way to pass TUV apparently.

Shorter springs? Where from?

Handling also better for the cupra/powerflrx bushes on front. I hear good things about the whiteline arb too.

I got cupra bushes fitted last week and the difference is amazing. Less body roll, better braking (the car doesnt nose dive), well worth it.

Shorter springs will be here in about 10 days. Ill keep you all posted with how the look. Gunna get the 16s on when the arrive, hopefully they will of been painted by then.

I am going to look into the rear arb and some rear bushes, I have some knocking on the n/s rear over bumps.


Still dont know if I am keeping it, got to get an exhaust on it soon once that is on I might test the water see if I get any interest in it. Got my eye on a couple of things MK2 20vt, R32 and a MK1 that needs a little work. Getting our lass a Lupo and doing a 1.9tdi conversion on it. Looking to get a unit at the minute but cant find anywhere desent at the right price lol

R32 mate you know it makes sense, do it for the noise alone!!

Mines got a bit of a knocking noise at the rear over bumps aswel, dunno what it is.

Still hoping im going to have big power in the summer. Want the brakes doing over winter though. Need a parts list for bith, so I can get hunting for parts. Going for 312mm and 256mm.

Im gunna order a rear ARB soon, not sure about the front atm. What rear bushes you getting??
