Well it's grim up in Derby, so I'm not suprised. Here in London, we only need old newspapers as it is so much warmer.

Because that is a diluted version of life up here (trust me it is far worse)

well, I was happy under my sheet of paper, sweeping chimneys and dancing with Dick Van Dyke, I never asked to move out of East London either (cue dramatic eastenders style ending) and move out to green essex.

Q. When you movedto Essex did you get a free 'Baz 'n' Shaz' sunstrip or is it like a loyalty thing you get it after x number of years???

you have to work you way up. I've only got the fluffy dice at the moment, and I had the bottle blonde girlfriend, but I got demoted as I did not get the regulation ankle warmers in time (she went commando). I leapfrogged the Escort XR3 and Nova and went for an admittedly tidy Mk1 polo with a sticker on the back (which soon came off) When they found out I was going to get a decent car I was banished forever to be articluate, witty and handsome and had to give my hard earned status back.
