knocking noise from the front

Hi there.

PD100 sport polo.

I had the car lowered on 50mm springs not so long ago, but have put the car back to standard for the time being

& now I have a knocking noise coming from the front, done all the usual checked the springs shockers etc etc.

had to car up in the air, & it appears that the anti roll bar saddle bush on the passengers side is worn, certinaly more than the drivers side anyways!

I'm just worried because it sounds to be the same problem as TCA rear voided bush that I see posts about (Yes I searched & read them before anyone makes comments about that...)

Anyone help?

ive got exactly the same problem mate, took it to vw and they said, and i quote, "its normal."

Mines defs not normal..

it's only happened recently & the anti roll saddle bar has defs gone... I'll replace that & report back...
