Hi

me and a few mates are planning our first 'Ring trip this year (about april time), cant wait!

anyone got any good shouts of where to stay an what else there is apart from screaming round the ring, any decent spots for a night out etc?

I went last year with Tom from here and we had an awesome time.

We stayed at the Hotel An Der Nordschleife, very reasonable and only about a 10 min drive to the 'Ring entrance.
There isn't much else to do around there unless you want to walk around the locals towns. We found plenty to do with walking around the car park admiring all the gorgeous cars there and watching the track action.

You MUST had a steak from Pistenklause in Nurburg. You cook it yourself on a hot stone - amazing!!!

sounds ace! having doubts now whether ill be able to afford it, just this week had a new central locking pump fitted set backnearly £300 and booked 2 weeks in Malia!
if it comes down to it I may just have to ride shotgun
