iirc they are 19kg

With a tyre so not heavy at all, only 2kg heavier than 17” OZ Superleggeras

1.9tdi pd 100 but ill be giving it either the 130 or 150 turbo in the summer with other mods for 200bhp
par the power tho is that normal weight for a 17" wheel or more for some reason? would my exors have been similar?

as I've said already, you will notice a slight drop.

They're more than 19kgs with tyres - thing 22kgs. I weighed them myself and have a post on it somewhere. A normal sport wheel is 17kg with tyre or something.

With tyre its quite light I would say, 17" BBS RX are 18.6kg and the 6 spoke Ronal ones off a TT are 24kg for example

What tyres that are on them also make a big difference in weight

Here you go:

http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... ts#p289248

TT is over 21kg with new tyre, 15" alloy is 16.5kg. Steel wheel is the lightest which is not surprising. If you want performance go for a ultra lightweight 16" alloy.
