GTi Mats - OEM Style

Hi guys,

Just a general inquiry really, i'm looking at getting a batch order of some GTi style carpets done. The method would be to buy a batch of tailored 6N2 mats in black, which are exactly the same as the GTi ones but without the trim. These will then be taken to my local fabric retrimmers who will add the red trim around the outside, turning them into a convincing OEM style GTi mat. I'd have to order about 5-10 of these to get my money back on them, they will cost around £25-30 a pair. I know there are still some at the VW Dealers, but as i'm sure you're aware, they are running out. This thread is just to generate some interest really, as I know recently some of you have been asking questions.

I'd be interested (Could always do with a second set!), but more towards the Summer.

So it would be around £50? £25 odd for the set in the first place, then £25-30 on top to retrim?

The set themselves will be about £20-30 for the mats on their own, the trimming should come in at around £15 on top for the red trim.
