Will these fit ?

Hiya I bought a polo 9n 1.4 a few months back and I've always wanted to do something suttle to it votex kit, alloys, coilovers, black out windows etc. So first things first i'm wanting some 17" replica RS8 alloys for my car. I found some that are multistud so should fit....?? But not sure about the tyres. They are 225/45/17 And the thing is there brand new tyres so don't really wanna take them off to put some different ones on. Any comments welcome !

If I remember correctly that size tyre will rub. Tyre size for 17" alloys are 205/40/17. Can't answer the question about the fitment with out knowing which multifitments the alloys are but to fit them directly they'll need to offer 5x100.

As above, those tyres are huge. I am sure if you are getting new ones that whoever's selling them would change to 205x40x17s for the same price.

Thanks for the advice, I will have to get smaller tyres for them then. Do you think the alloys will fit my car? All the info he gave me is that they are mutlifit. Many thanks

Knowing a couple of people who have RS8's they are probably 5x100/5x112

But If I were buying them thats not a risk I would take
