Just noticed the windscreen is cracked!

Going to have to get it repaired, £280 from autoglass. Only upside is that it'll be a Mk5 screen, so colour coded roof gutters :?

Surely If you do it through your insurance will cost you like £50 and shouldn't affect your NCB?

As i'm third party FT they don't cover f**k all! Found a Mk5 screen fitter that will do it for £120, sorted.

Well she's booked in to get the windscreen replaced, got some big updates (well, big in my books!) to come. Also managed to get some free Mk5 Polo GTi mats, look forward to ditching the rubber ford ones! The mods are:

Fit LHD TT pedal
Get the Mk5 Windscreen in
Fit Mk5 Polo GTi mats
Start retrimming more interior, focussing on the pillars and headlining. I've done the rear roof strut and both C pillars.

Source some Red colour coded roof strips, any idea's?
