Aerial from the new Polo

Post by RITCHAT »

I got feed up with the original aerial on the car and had alook at what was available. Personally I don't like the silly litte ones nor do I like the standard fitment so when I seen the aerial fitted to the new Polo I thought that is the one. Cost 9.90+vat as 10% discount was had at Arnold Clark. the aerial itself is thick and about six inches in length and is a better signal puller as the lw setting now gives very little interference when going under pylons. I will try and post a picture of it when I get a chance. Well worth the money.

I never noticed the aerial on the 'new' Polo TBH. I would be interested to see a picture!

this probably shows the best picture so far of the aerial but not the full length. it is roughly 7inches in length. The picture will give a rough idea of what it looks like.

Many thanks for the link; appreciate the reply!

That aerial looks like a solid piece (than the flexy-thing it is currently) item. Will have to see one in the flesh and decide. Might have to get one :)

The aerial is flexible and it pulls in the signal a good bit better than the stand wizard wand that is commonplace on all popular models. I just wanted something that looked different and was smaller without being tiny.
