got some rear speaker covers from dealer - 3.80 each and fitted them into the rear door panels for the gamma radio of the 2 door polo 9nImage Image

was quite easy, take the quarter panel off and on the rear side score it with a 2 1/2inch hole cutter being careful not to cut through the fabric with the hole cutter as it will pull the threads on the front, cut the fabric into quarters and push to the rear glue down if you like but the speaker cover is quite a tight fit, connect speaker, i used a passat rear little tweeter - quite loud - and just glued it on the back, an original one is about 15.00 from vw. on the panel their is a bottom speaker cover - these are blanks on some models mine was a blank and i fitted speakers into that bit aswell. had to run wiring from the head unit to the back down the panels. the rear bottom speaker is the same as the front door speaker.

6Q3 868 149 A ??

And would they sit flat against the rear 2 doors of a 5 door polo??
