your right, it is too much! spoke to the guy whos got my car at the min and he says that hes gonna try and get a new casing for my car as the rest of the gearbox is in good nick

rang the guy in derby, he quoted 400 for recon gearbox or 450 if mines too nackered to give him ontop.

gonna see if he can get hold of the casing for me to repair it, if not ill take the gearbox off the guy in derby

get the one off the derby bloke, it is probably my old one!! He had it off me in November so it could well be :D

managed to get my gearbox rebuilt in the end, nowww! the clutch seems wayy too high!! it was changed bout 800 miles ago!!

he tried adjusting the cable but nothing was happening to it, i think the pedal was getting stiffer but the actual clutch wasnt going lower, what shall i do??

i just adjusted the cable when i had this problem.

after a few days its some how back to normal :-D haha

cars all fixed :-D...for now!!

(well apart from bouncing passenger side window and rear wiper jet not working! lol)
