do you double clutch when you blip? Probably a crap idea if you don't. Still shouldn't wreck the synchro unless you're doing something very wrong.

i cant understand i completely lost 1st gear dab on the accelerator when going into the lower gear coming of the clutch smoothly making the downshift smooth.

cant think of a reason thought that a blip was meant to make ur box last longer as it dont jerk the gears with back lash in the teeth. because the engine is then doing the same speed as the gearbox, rather than the engine going slower causing a extra stress on the teeth

please tell me if im wrong

If you don't double clutch your synchro still has to do all the hard work regardless of the blip.

To properly relieve the stress on your gearbox you need to shift into neutral with the clutch depressed, engage the clutch whilst in neutral, blip, and then engage the next gear with the clutch depressed. This removes the need for a synchro as the engine's speed matches the gearbox revolutions when you engage the clutch in neutral and blip.
