I haven't experimented with light paint really, but something in the Dodo range like diamond white would be a good bet!

I too would love to see this in the flesh,definately inspired me to give mine the works in the next couple of weeks.Just umming and ahhing if the paint needs swirl correction or not.

I'd say if it's never had a proper detail (machine polish correction), it'll need it!

Silver doesn't benefit so much though :(

really nice looking car you got there bud, never thought a 5 door could so sick!!! my car is also been neglected due to uni, exams etc. they are such an incoveinience lol

Did you machine polish this with the stuff you listed or did you do it by hand this time? also i take it you used the clay followed by the wax followed by the glaze?

All by hand.

Order was:
rinse
snow foam
rinse
wash
clay
wash
glaze
wax

Cheers for that Tim, is the glaze not a sealant then? Gonna have to give this a go i think!

No it's just a glaze, masks imperfections (minor swirls etc) and adds a real deep shine. Honestly, the results are night and day.

The collinite acts as the protective coat, it drys rock hard beads water beautifully.

I have Klasse AIO polish and sealant also, but have got into a routine where I don't really need it. I glaze after every wash. And wax once every two months.

Just seen some recent pictures and the engine bay is looking spot on Tim, not been on here for a while now had some time to kill so having a nosey !
