hi there first of all i would like to say hi as am a new member on here ,

any way two months ago i had my wish bone rear bushes changed on my 53 plate vw polo sdi, and over past couple of days ive had a knocking again had it into a garage to find out what it is an they have said its the rear bushes again and they have not been fitted properly, has any one got a pic of how they are supposed to be fitted so i have some ammo for when i goto the garage to complain thanks up front for any help.

Maybe get a copy of the Haynes repair manual as I'm sure that it indicates which orientation they need to get fitted in, I'll check my Haynes book tonight,

As above it shows you the correct orientation in the Haynes.

Also I think there is a guide on here for the Ibiza Cupra Bushes that show the correct orientation

Yup, just checked it (Haynes repair manual 4608 section 10.8, but as for the Seat Ibiza Cupra solid bushes, maybe as its a TDI engine you should check out the "increased revs noise" that seems to come to some TDI engined Fabias + Polos + Ibizas after fitting the Cupra bushes. Me, I got these bushes fitted to my wife's 2003MY Polo 1.4SE a few years ago and there has not been any complaints about extra noise/vibration.
