Right, this is something I pondered for a while, then took the dive with these:

They're much better at clearing the water than regular efforts

However, I've noticed that in speeds over about 60mph (depending on windspeed etc.) the drivers side wiper lifts off the screen a bit, giving me a section conveniently in front of my line of sight that doesn't get cleared

Question is whether there's anything I can do about it? I've tried switching the blades over, which doesn't make much of a difference. Bending the wiper arm so it holds the wiper more firmly against the windscreen does a little, but not much....
Would it be worth investing in something a little more expensive? Bearing in mind the age old saying 'you get what you pay for'....
