22k, Full VW service history

The car recieved its annual service, at 22k, and a brake fluid change at aberdeen VW on Tuesday the 8th of june. I recently had the spark plugs changed, with genuine VW parts, as i was advised by Awesome GTI to do so at 20k.
Usual GTI specification, with additional winter pack which includes heated front seats, heated wing mirrors, climatronic air conditioning and auto dim rear view mirror.
All modifications have been bought by myself, i bought the car totally standard in 2008, and all have been installed by Motorwerks Aberdeen or a VW technician.
Engine:
Custom Code Stage 2 remap, mapped for current spec
Full (non resonated) turbo back Milltek exhaust, with 100 cell race cat (passes mot emissions)

Chassis:
Brand new fk coilovers, bought as previous set were leaking oil
Ford mondeo drop links,New fk links will be supplied, gives arb additional clearance over the drive shaft

Porsche D90’s 7j and 8j with 25mm H&R adapters (unfortunately 2 are curbed due to my own stupidity, standard alloys will be included in sale) Finished in genuine VW candy white with a diamond cut lip by pristine, genuine prosche centre caps.

The car is in excellent condition inside and out and although it is a cliché has been my pride and joy. The car is always warmed and cooled in the correct manor and never driven above 2000rpm until the engine is sufficiently hot. Regular oil/fluid checks are conducted by myself.
The car has been kept exceptionally clean since i have owned it, its protected and washed using established products and the correct methods to do so. The car was detailed last week by myself and looks great, with nearly all swirl marks removed. Obviously the front bumper does have stone chips but these are inevitable on any car.
The bodywork has absolutely no parking dents or dings and is always parked well away from anyone else. It really does need to be viewed to appreciated how much time and effort i have put into maintaining the car.
I have receipts for nearly all parts and also installation, with the others being bought privately off local forum users, and all reciepts for work undertaken by VW and motorwerks are present.
All standard parts will be included in the sale; suspension, intercooler, airbox and filter, exhaust, B pillars and lower grilles.
