Fitting Votex front splitter? info?

I know this has been posted before but with lack of info>

Does anyone have any info, on fitting the front votex splitter to my 9n.

Few questions, are does the original lower black valance bit come off, or does the votex splitter go on top?
How do you remove the bottom if this is the case?

Any info regarding to this would be much appreciated.

It goes on top mate as that bit if u look is the main part of the bumper
